Shipping, Returns, Refund Policy

Shipping  Products ship via UPS with approximate 1-5 business days before arrival or USPS Mail with approximate 1-3-days before arrival. All boundaries, pool nets and small-sized items ship by USPS with approximate 1 to 2-day arrival to your location. If you require a quicker arrival time, please contact us for 1, 2 or 3-day air service shipping rate. Include your ship address and Style # or product title or product link and quantity needed, so we may provide a quote. Free ground shipping is offered within the mainland USA. 

Please contact us if you live outside of the mainland, we can offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US Territories, on some of our products. If you reside outside of the mainland, we will email you the final cost of the order before we process your order. Alternatively, contact us first with your product request. All foreign orders will incur a shipping fee and the customer is responsible for Duty and Tax. 

Returns  If a product is damaged due to the shipping company, please notify us upon receipt and keep the original packaging for inspection. You have 10 days from receipt of item to notify us of a problem with your product. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returns due to no-fault by Home Court Volleyball will be subject to a 20% total invoice fee and return shipping cost is to be paid by the customer on all new and unused items within 30 days of the purchase date.  Items returned must be postmarked on or before the 30-day timeframe. No returns accepted after 30 days from the purchase date. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Sand on/inside item will void return eligibility. The product must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom-manufactured goods such as non-stock net sizes, banners, Velcro net tapes or any custom-made non-stocked product cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send us a photo(s) of the item problem or imperfection, if you have one.

Refunds  There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted. Products with obvious signs of use and/or would require cleaning be resold as used. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30-days after delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items  Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our fault.  If you need to exchange it for a different item, send us an email first at with your request.

Gifts  If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate number will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified of your return.

Shipping Your Return Item  To return your product, you should mail your product to: Home Court Volleyball, 3370 Grissom Parkway, Cocoa, FL 32926.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if Home Court supplies you a return label. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
