Warranty and Terms

Return Policy
We will accept any new and unused product for return, up to 90 days from purchase date in new and sellable condition (except custom printed nets or banners or any custom made product like netting). All you will pay is the shipping fee both ways. New product returns on free ship items require customer to pay all return shipping costs. Any item that is used or damaged (due to use or miss use) will not be accepted for return and full refund. Upon receipt of product order customer has 10 business days to report missing or defective items.

Return Authorization
A return authorization number must accompany all new and defective products returns. To obtain RA #, contact our Customer Service Department by email, or telephone. Let Customer Service know the quantity, stock numbers, and reason for return of the product you wish to return. They will supply you with an RA #, which must prominently appear on the outside of each carton that you are returning or your shipment will be automatically refused as an unauthorized return. All return merchandise must be sent Freight Prepaid. No claims will be accepted for return freight charges unless it is Ultimate Systems fault.

General Warranty Policy
Ultimate Systems Limited warrants our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions for a period of one year from date of original purchase, with the below listed exceptions. Aluminum standards are warranty for a period of five years from date of original purchase. Rope boundaries, webbing boundaries, and stakes are warranty for a period of 60 to 180 days depending on product and color. If within said period any item is found to be defective, the item will be repaired or replaced for the original purchaser.

Service
Customer service is available in the continental United States by following the proper procedure as outlined below: In-Warranty Service: If it has been determined that there is a problem with any part of the system, the purchaser should call USL for authorization and then return the part with copy of proof of purchase, freight prepaid to: Ultimate Systems Limited. Under the terms of the warranty the part will be repaired or replaced and returned freight prepaid to the purchaser. Out-of-Warranty Service: If, after the warranty period has elapsed and a problem has developed with the system, the purchaser should call USL for authorization and then return the part freight prepaid. The part will be repaired or replaced and returned to the purchaser upon payment.

Liabilities and Limitations
Unless specifically prohibited by state law, Ultimate Systems Limited assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage. Resulting from the playing of net games; product not installed pursuant to instructions; consumer misuse; consumer negligence; or an act of God; and in such event, any and all expressed or implied warranties are void. Damaged materials are assumed to be caused by consumer negligence and charges will be made for repair or replacement. All implied warranties are limited to the term of the express warranties as setout and shall not exceed terms as stated.

Shipping
Ground - Free ground shipping on selected items that are sent from our plant. Will ship via US Postal, UPS or Truck Freight. Shipping fees are prepay and add to invoice. UPS Air 1, 2, & 3 Day available on most products. Ultimate Systems charges whatever the residential shipping cost is.

Terms
Net 30 day terms upon credit approval and only customers with yearly repeated purchases.

Purchase Orders accepted from Schools, Government and United States Military, the written purchase order must be faxed or email to us.

MONEY ORDER - select-CHECK as payment type and mail your money order to Ultimate Systems Limited, 4335 N. Santa Fe Dr, Kingman, AZ 86401, payable to Ultimate Systems Limited. Be sure to write the order number on your check. Order will be waiting, and will be shipped upon receipt of payment, immediately for stock items.

We accept all payment types for orders place from Canada and ship UPS. The customer pays all taxes and duties to your government.

All other International Orders pre-paid by Money Order, Cashiers Check in US Funds. Credit cards are no longer accepted. Mail your Money Order or Cashier Check to Ultimate Systems Limited, 4335 N. Santa Fe Drive, Kingman, AZ 86401-4501. Payable to Ultimate Systems Limited in United States Dollars. Order will ship upon receipt of payment clearing the bank. The customer pays all taxes and duties to your government. Wire transfer would be subject to extra $30.00 bank fee.
