Mail your Money Order to Ultimate Systems Limited, 4335 N. Santa Fe Drive, Kingman, AZ 86401, payable to Ultimate Systems Limited. Be sure to write the order number on your check. Order will be waiting, and will be shipped upon receipt of payment, immediately for stock items.
Personal Check - Select Order Now then select Pay by Credit Card as payment type, then select Other Payment Type at bottom of page and select "check". Mail to Ultimate Systems Limited, 4335 N. Credit Card - We accept (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) If you do not want to provide your card number over the web. Process order and call us, 800-777-6387 Monday through Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm. Have your credit card number name and address of card holder (bill to address on web invoice must be the address where you receive your credit card statement every month), and order number ready when you call. Order will be shipped upon verification of funds, for stock items.
Shipping - All shipping rates are for the continental U.S.A., please contact us for any other destination, please select correct shipping method. We will email you with shipping cost before we process order, then you tell us which one you want. Ultimate Systems Limited will not be held responsible for wrong address information provided by customer (missing suite or Apartment numbers, wrong zip code, street number, miss spellings, etc.), so please check your information after input. We have no control over how UPS handles your package. They may require a signature and do not always leave it at your doorstep or backdoor, this is up to the driver and not us.
Canada Shipping - Note that UPS Brokerage charges a $$ fee plus any duties, contact your local UPS for details.
Truck Shipments - Some products are to large for UPS and are ship by truck freight, like the #AGP3. Place your order and select over 150 lbs. for shipping method. Select Order Now then select Pay by Credit Card as payment type, enter your information and process order. We will email you or call you if you prefer with the total shipping charges your for approval, before order process.
International Orders - All International Orders pre-paid by Money Order, Cashiers Check in US Funds. Credit cards and wire transfer are no longer accepted. Place your order and on the address information page for shipping method, select #4 International and hit continue. Then select Pay by Credit Card, next page go to Other Payment Type at the bottom of the page, select Money Order and hit continue to process the order. We will then email you with total invoice amount including shipping. Mail your Money Order or Cashier Check to Ultimate Systems Limited, 4335 N. Santa Fe Drive, Kingman, AZ 86401-4501, payable to Ultimate Systems Limited in United States Dollars. Be sure to write the order number on your check. Order will be waiting, and will be shipped upon receipt of payment, immediately for stock items. The customer pays all taxes and duties to your government.
